President Kenyatta oversaw the signing of part of the project’s loan in the Sh91billion dam scam involving an Italian firm.
Thursday, Kenyatta warned his cabinet secretaries that anyone found culpable of prosecution will face the full weight of the law.
Part of the loans for the failed project was signed at the State House which Uhuru oversaw. Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi was also present. He was on a formal visit to Kenya that time in 2015.
