Kenya is a country governed by laws, laws that are clearly defined in the constitution.

However, a few individuals in the Country have joined forces to break the same laws that they are to governed. These include the Police who have time and again broke the law or facilitated it’s breaking.

Even at that, there have been fearless Kenyans who have always stood out for the truth irregardless of what is at stake. One of those Kenyans is Boniface Mwangi, a man who has condemned with the strongest terms possible the alleged murder of Dandora based human rights activist Caroline Mwatha.

The activist is certain that Caroline Mwatha was murdered even as he insists that he does not know the exact circumstances of her death.

“I don’t know the exact circumstances of Caroline’s death, but I am certain she was murdered,” he said.

Boniface has gone ahead and hit at the Director of Criminal Investigations George Kinoti.

According to him, Kinoti made a grave mistake in the manner with which he handled Caroline’s death.

He has taken issue with the DCI’s decision to use Carolines pregnancy to be used against her.

“Here’s a message for the Director of Criminal Investigations, George Kinoti, whom I consider an acquaintance, “In this case, you made grave mistakes. You allowed Caroline Mwatha’s body, her medical history and her pregnancy to be used against her.” he said.
