Since the NTV investigative journalist, Dennis Okari tied knots to his new lover, Naomi Joy, Betty Kyalo has been facing trolls of all sorts. She hasn’t been bitter though from her posts one can tell that it pains inside her. During an interview, asked if she wished Okari well on his wedding, she insists that its not part of her life but that of Okari and Naomi.
Though she is yet to walk down the isle, Betty has revealed that she has also moved on. She says that all along she has not been waiting for Okari to come back, referring to that situation as a closed door.
She says that she doesn’t care what people talk or think of her. What matters is her life; ”The thing about life is that you can get to worry about what other people think about you so much that you forget who you really are. I have learned to follow my lane and get everyone aligned to that. Honestly, I don’t wake up thinking of who has said what about me anyone. I don’t take the negatives about things.
Her break up with Okari hit her really hard that she don’t like talking about it; ”The break-up was one of the most devastating things in my life ever. It was hard. Tough. Really rough.”
