BALLS OF STEEL: 40-year-old felon escapes from Police custody after friends come to his rescue

A heartless neighbor responsible for burning a 14-year-old with a sufuria full of boiling water for stealing his maize flour and cooking ugali, escapes the jaws of justice in Marsabit.

Shockingly, after the asailant was arrested by home guards and taken to the police, his friends attacked the post and rescued him.

The boy was grazing the family’s sheep and goats when he felt hungry and decided to wander into a makeshift homestead where herders usually kept their food and water.

It is reported that the 40-year-old man arrived and was infuriated that the boy had cooked Ugali using his flour.

He took a rope and tied the boy’s hands and neck, then hanged him on a tree before immersing his hands inside the boiling water.

The heartless neighbour then used a hot metal rod to burn the boy on various parts of his body leaving him with severe burns in the hands, legs, and back.
