Liverpool Man James Milner Trolls HIMSELF On Twitter… And Fans LOVE It

The midfielder uploaded a picture of himself getting his make-up done, with a hash tag mocking himself “#cantpolishaturd”.

Fans swooped in with nothing but compliments for the 33-year-old, seemingly forgetting that he should be resting up for Sunday’s crunch clash against Manchester United.

The Red Devils host Liverpool in the Premier League, and Jurgen Klopp’s men desperately need three points to keep their title charge alive.

In the meantime, Milner was hard at work ensuring he looks his best in the build up to the huge game at Old Trafford.

One supporter offered Milner some more help if he ever needed it, stating: “Ohhh James, let me do it for you I know a thing or two about making someone look good.”

Another fan was seemingly in awe of the Liverpool man, writing: “Na James mate ye fit.”

“How can some someone not like James Milner,” wrote a third.

But not everyone bought into the idea, with one onlooker suggesting he was just fishing for likes, “stop trolling for compliments, James!”

One of his followers wasn’t overly bothered about the make-up either, but more interested in the prospect of a new haircut, going on to ask the question, “have you had the same haircut since you were 4?”

Despite the haircut worries, the overriding response to Milner’s make-over was resoundingly positive, ending with the comment: “Only handsome peeps say things like this and it’s the truth Milly.”

The former England international now faces a race against time to get the make-up off his face ready for the weekend’s game at Old Trafford.

He’s played an important role for the Reds this season, starting 16 Premier League games and also playing a vital role in the Champions League as well.
