Samburu Governor’s homes, offices raided in Ksh.2B scandal

Detectives from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission have raided the homes of Governor Moses Lenolkulal in Nairobi and Samburu in investigations linked to embezzlement of Ksh.2billion.

The anti-graft detectives also raided the homes of Samburu County Chief Officers.

Anti-corruption detectives on Wednesday raided and searched the homes of Samburu Governor Moses Kasaine in Samburu and the capital Nairobi.

Sources at the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) told the Nation that the investigators were looking for files related to fishy expenditure of Sh2 billion.

Also raided were residences and offices of county chief officers implicated in the alleged scandal.
