Wasafi Producer Lizer has revealed the greatest obstacle that is limiting him to International success.
The Producer mentioned that ‘Language barrier’ is the main challenge that has been limiting him from working with International artists.
Tanzanian being a Swahili speaking nation makes it pretty difficult for some of their residents to learn the English language.
Wasafi being a big brand, and the fact that he wants his career to flourish, Lizer has shared that he has indeed seen how important for him to learn the language.
The Producer also shared that what pushed him even harder to have the urge to be well versed with English is his experience at Coke Studio Africa.
Lizer said that he got a hard time to communicate with International artists and he even needed someone to translate for him to understand.
The producer also shared his frustration on how he could not even share his ideas and contribution during his interaction with the team.
This according to him was indeed a great limitation and he feels that he should take up English lessons.
Some of the Wasafi artists also had the same challenge when they began their music careers and were forced to have an upgrade for them to thrive in the music industry.
Lizer say that he is determined to learn the language so that he can go all out to build his career.
