The Demolitions Spree in Governor Sonko’s Nairobi County is back and it has today caught up with Kiambu Senator Kimani Wamatangi.
The Senator saw his Car Bazaar opposite Nyayo Stadium go down today Courtesy of Sany.
It was alleged sometime back that Wamatangi grabbed an entire footpathand public space opposite Nyayo Stadium so as to expand his car bazaar business.
News of the demolition of his bazaar was therefore good music to the ears of Kenyans who were quick to point out that even the rich and influential people in the society should not be spared when it comes to getting rid of all the mess in the country.
Below are Reactions by Kenyans After the Demolitions:
Good move.
That wamatangi was arrogant and he grabbed that railways land— Wilson Gitau (@WilsonWaGitau) February 15, 2019
Passing near Prime Restaurant around Nyayo stadium, you get true picture of land grabbing and impunity. It seems Kimani Wamatangi couldn’t compensate for the grabbed land as Arap Cholera of Weston hotel. Hope SANY will always be full of fuel in 2019

Super Clean Car Wash on Aerodrome Road right opposite Nyayo National Stadium is coming down. It reportedly belongs to Kiambu Senator Wamatangi. SANY is there. There’s a heavy police presence and entire road is closed causing a huge traffic jam on the busy Langata Road. pic.twitter.com/udweA1DFP1
