Sleep is healthy, medics recommend at least 6 hours of undisrupted sleep everyday for an adult. However, no matter how important this activity is, it becomes trouble for some to catch sleep. U

Unknowingly, we eat foods and take drinks that disrupt our sleep. Here we have combined a list of foods that various medics have recommended for enhancing sleep.

Warm milk

Milk is the most common domestic remedy for sleeeplessness. Milk is known to contain calcium, Vitamin D and melatonin which are sleep boosters.

Kiwi Fruit

If you have a troubled sleep, don’t skip shopping for this fruit at the grocery store. Kiwi fruit has melatonin, folate, magnesium and lot of other compounds to put you through the night.

Lettuce
