DEPORTED TWICE, MIGUNA PLANS ANOTHER RETURN

Lawyer and self-declared NRM General Miguna Miguna has announced a new return date to Kenya.

In a tweet on Wednesday, Miguna said that he will return to Kenya in the month of April.

He also noted that his return will be in line with Court Orders given by the High Court.

His announcement comes barely three months after High Court Judge, Justice Chacha Mwita ruled that Miguna was a Kenyan and his birthright was not affected by him having a Canadian passport.

Following his two deportations on February and March, 2018 that caused altercation at the JKIA, netizens had to remind him, (Miguna) of the current peaceful environment.

The court ruled that his rights were violated when the state deported him and awarded the National Resistance Movement (NRM) leader a Sh7 million compensation.

A tweeter user, DennisB thrashed this announcement responding that Miguna feels he is of great importanceto Kenya.

Miguna had to challenge a claim that he is considering the Nairobi deputy governor position endorsed by Governor Sonko.
