Do you think this agenda will be achieved? Well, One of the Jubilee Parliamentarians, the Kimilili Constituency Member of Parliament Didmus Barasa, who is also a close Deputy President William Ruto ally has given his verdict, arguing that the agenda is not achievable.
The lawmaker argues that there is no enough time to implement the agenda, making it a big flop.
He says this is due to the calls for the looming referendum which he believes will overtake the big 4 agenda.
The legislator was speaking during a televised interview with KTN News on Thursday morning.
He was responding to the big story in Thursday’s The Star newspaper on the stalled government projects that now need Ksh 365 billion to be completed.
