‘He should be Captain!’ Manchester United Fans Praise Midfielder Despite PSG Defeat

Manchester United have it all to do when they travel to the Parc des Princes next month to take on Paris Saint-Germain in the second leg of their last 16 Champions League match-up with the French giants.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men find themselves 2-0 down in the tie following goals from Presnel Kimpembe and Kylian Mbappe last night in the first leg at Old Trafford, though Ander Herrera is confident his team have what it takes to turn things around.

“We won away against Tottenham, we won away against Arsenal,” Herrera told Manchester United’s official club website after his side’s recent defeat. “They are teams that are as good as PSG, so we will go there to make it difficult for them,” the 29-year-old later explained.

With a scoreline of 2-0 not being the largest of deficits to overcome, Herrera, who can be satisfied with his first-leg display, definitely has the correct mindset and is right to feel optimistic ahead of the highly-anticipated encounter in Paris.
