The World’s Shortest Workout is Created

Before this, it was Tabata, a Japanese scientist who created a four minute workout and convinced everyone that it could work in helping people get fit. And then from nowhere, a group of scientists led by a lead researcher Stuart Gray of Aberdeen University has created a two minute workout which is considered the shortest workout in the fitness community.

The researchers claim that this workout is just as effective as a 90 minute workout.

Are you are tired of running for 2 hours in the morning? I know you are. This could just be the solution to your cheat day. If proven to be effective, this workout can be the answer to all guys who want to keep fit but lack the time to hit the gym.

A normal workout is considered to be one hour long. The maximum you can do is 2 hours and at that point you are usually totally exhausted. But a two minute workout is in the market. Two minutes is just a warm up for many people and here are fitness guys telling you that you can get fit in two minutes. There are skepticism as to whether this new workout can really work out.
