Through his official twitter account, Miguna on Thursday dug deep into Presidency which he said is an institution. The Lawyer notes that the presidency is supposed to belong to Kenyans and not an individual.

According to Miguna Miguna, President Kenyatta has owned the Presidency, which is supposed to be a constitutional creature, from which respect is earned. As a result of this, Miguna cites that President Kenyatta has not yet earned his respect.

He terms the haed of state as   an election thief, murderer, torturer and a constitutional defiler who disobeys court orders.

By terming the President as a defiler who disobeys court orders, Miguna might have been angered by several Court orders he has been obtaining through his lawyers, which have hence been ignored by the state.

During his dramatic arrest after he commissioned Raila Odinga’s mockery swearing in ceremony at Uhuru Park, the Lawyer was taken to a different police station in Kajiado, contrary to what his lawyers expected since he was supposed to be detained in Nairobi where he had been arrested.

The lawyers representing Miguna Obtained a court order to have him produced in a Nairobi Court, which the state defied. After he was deporte on grounds that he had renounced his Kenyan citizenship in 1998, his lawyers again obtained a court order that maintained that Miguna was a Kenyan and had not lost his citizenship by obtaining Canadian citizenship.

The Court also ordered the state to compensate him for denying him his freedom and rights but the state has hence defied the order.
