Tanzanian Artist AY has revealed what he did to Sauti Sol, Ommy Dimpoz ,Diamond Platnumz and other artists.
The pioneer musician has set exemplary standards that other artists should definetly get a leaf from.
AY said that his first call to go to Big Brother Africa, he tagged along Kenyan DJ Pinye.
On his second call, he made a request to get more tickets to accommodate Kenyan legendary musicians Sauti Sol.
AY says that if he was selfish, he would not have shared on such opportunities with other artists.
However he always wanted to hold the hands of his fellow artists and he felt entitled to link them up to opportunities whenever he could.
Speaking to Mseto East Africa, AY stated that he also helped Ommy Dimpoz to get on track with his music career and was even his manager at some point.
The Tanzanian artist was not saying all this from a point of bragging but wanted to show how it pays to support others.
AY has worked with many Kenyan artists from years ago and he mentioned that he is not limited by background when it comes to giving his support.
On his contribution to artist Diamond Platnumz’s music career, AY says that he is responsible for linking him up with Davido and he is impressed by the outcome of that networking.
