Murathe impregnates Ukambani politics with staggering remarks

Image result for David MuratheUkambani politics have once again taken a new twist after a closed door meeting by Kalonzo saw top Mt kenya operative take the center stage to advice local leaders on the way forward in a bid to rescue the wiper party chairman from three governors.

Murathe took the podium to rescue Kalonzo Musyoka and attack his rivals after a simmering rebellion erupted in Ukambani by three Ukambani governors.

Speaking in a closed door meeting, Murathe told the politicians to support the handshake between Uhuru and Raila by supporting Kalonzo Musyoka. Murathe said that some people were fueling propaganda that puts Kalonzos leadership on the line.

Murathes remarks coincide with Duales’ interview where he said that , the former jubilee vice chair was kicked out for going against the parties constitution.

Murathe said that Kalonzos vision was to see a united Kenya and there was need to support him.

The former Jubilee Party interim vice-chairman who was kicked out by President uhuru entertained guests with remarks that were speared towards a politician he stayed away from naming.

Speaking in a closed door meeting, Murathe told senators and MPs from the region to rally behind Kalonzo musyoka as some powerful cartels were behind the Kalonzo rebellion.

Mr Musyoka’s party is split between two camps, with one hardliner group pushing for expulsion of party national chairman Makueni Governor Kivutha Kibwana while the other, consisting of moderate MPs, calling for dialogue and reconciliation.Wiper partyWiper Democratic Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka is facing a political rebellion after three governors in Ukambani announced that they will rally the community in a different political direction.

Mwala MP Vincent Musyoka,had told a gathering that the former vice president had reached his political plateau, and that it is time the community charted a different route to leadership.

“Every idea has an expiry date. We should be understood when we say it’s time for Kalonzo Musyoka to retire from politics and allow fresh leaders to take up the mantle,” the MP said.

Is Murathe on a nationwide campaign to stir politics?
