AY Tanzania: Kenyans lost their music game because some artists do not invest

Tanzanian Artist AY has shared his thought on what might have caused Kenyan Music to go below the chart.

According to the veteran Tanzanian artist, he says that Kenya was so good at it’s music game from 2003 all the way up to 2010. However he says that they might have lost it along the way.

AY stated that  the reason for this backlash might be because some artists do not invest in their music careers.

Giving Nigeria as an example, AY  mentioned that they were not doing so well in the music industry back them but with time, they leveled up because they invested.

The artist also  stated that Kenyans might have forgotten on the importance of investing in their music more than anything else and that is why there is a gap.

As quoted by the popular radio station cloudsfmtz,  he added that he did not want to go into details to elaborate.

AY Tanzania remarks come after the conversation in Kenya that demanded more airplay and support for the local talents.

Many people might have noticed that Kenya was the real deal until the Nigeria and Tanzania music became dominant in the country.

Artists have promised to get back on track in the bid for them to be competitive in the International market.

KENYA WALIKUWA VIZURI KUANZIA MWAKA 2003 MPAKA 2010″ @aytanzania .
