How Joho turned the public wild with his presidential speech

Mombasa County Governor Ali Hassan Joho says he “will forever be grateful to Luanda, Vihiga County residents for their warm reception and support they accorded” him on Saturday.

Accompanied by leaders from the Coastal region and other parts of the country, the 2022 presidential aspirant was in Luanda where they met residents and addressed them at a roadside rally.

They empowered the boda boda operators of Luanda and made their dream come true of purchasing a bus to enhance their income.

During a fundraiser, they reminded the people of Luanda and the country at large of the importance of national unity through the Building Bridges Initiative.

Joho also reiterated the need to hold a referendum to strengthen devolution, ensure total independence of the Judiciary and strengthen constitutional commissions.

“The referendum will not be about seeking political mileage of an individual as critics put it but to better the collective future of the people of Kenya,” he said.

Joho further thanked the area MP Chris Omulele and Vihiga County leadership led by Governor Wilberforce Ottichilo for hosting the coastal leaders.
