Mombasa County Governor Ali Hassan Joho paid a courtesy call to Kisumu Governor Anyang Nyongo in his Kisumu Office.
The two political leaders discussed several areas of partnership between our two Counties in improving tourism and ensuring better service delivery to residents.
The Kisumu Governor who had been in hospital a couple weeks ago is back on his feet and has got back on track to serve his people.
This visit was made earlier yesterday while the Mombasa governor was on his way to Luanda Constituency to be hosted by Hon. Omulele.
Some of the other leaders who were also in attendance of this meeting include ODM secretary General Edwin Sifuna who were accompanied by a host of parliamentarians.
Governor Anyang Nyongo assured that as a party they fully embrace the handshake idea.
Kisumu and Mombasa having the similarity of being among the regions with key tourist attraction sites, the Governors exchanged notes in those lines and addressed other issues affecting their people.
