Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko has revealed the unknown details of how he relates with Governor Ferdinand Waititu Baba Yao.
Sonko, who on Wednesday night appeared in a televised interview dubbed JKLIVE on Citizen TV hosted by Jeff Koinange revealed that himself and Waititu used to smoke bhang during their tenure as members of the National Assembly.
“I think he (Waititu) used to smoke a lot of bhang when he was an MP,” he stated.
He further divulged that he was a witness despite Jeff Koinange’s interjections that he should not make unsubstantiated claims.
“I am a witness to this,” continued Sonko, “We used to go to a certain toilet there, we used to smoke a lot of bang with that guy. In fact, he used to hiding bang in the socks.”

Jeff: You can’t say that on air without evidence.

When Koinange asked him if he had evidence to his claims, he disclosed that he was also an accomplice in the mischief.
“I have (evidence). I am a witness because I used to smoke him,” he narrated.
Sonko, however, explained that he has since stopped the habit but Waititu still carries on with it even as a Governor.
