Octopizzo makes first public appearance after being linked to university student’s death

Kenya’s celebrated rapper  Octopizzo has spoken for the first time after being linked to the death of Strathmore University Student Kenneth Abom over the last weekend.

Taking to his instagram account, Octo has thanked his friends and family members who reached out to him to know how he was fairing on, after being placed at the center of a murder incident.

According to the Post mortem report, the student died from multiple fractures  on the limbs, abdomen and the head leading to his death.

The family of the 19 year old had pointed a finger at the rapper, with allegations that confrontations with their son had led to his death.

However Octo, denied links to Abom’s death and told KTN that “No, I did not hit the boy. His father was the first person I talked to after the incident. I did not know why he came to my house. An hour later, we heard that the boy dropped from the fourth floor.”

It is alleged that Octopizzo found the student at his house in Woodley Estate and started beating him before taking a panga and threatening his life.
