The youthful MP has shown his great concern and support to matters affecting the youth; from matters education and all the key issues that affect young people.
Although most politicians have been asked to avoid the 2022 campaigns and agenda an focus on development, Owino’s move might be shaping the next generation of leaders.
He says that the youth must rise and this time, he is up for the task.
Personally I believe that young leaders are the future of Kenyans and this mentor ship by leaders who have been in the circles for a while can be a great initiative.
