Only one goal or one assist needed, Hazard’s 100th goal for Chelsea and a new Premier League record depend on this Saturday!

This Saturday, Chelsea will face Leicester City at Stanford Bridge. If Chelsea’s most famous  player Eden Hazard can score a goal in the game against Leicester City, he will score his 100th goal for Chelsea.

In the last League Cup match against Bournemouth, Hazard came off the bench and scored the goal in 84th minute, which helped his team win the game. Also, the excellent Belgian contributed goals in last two games, scoring 8 goals and making 9 assists in all competitions this season.

Moreover, if he can have an assist in this game, he will tie the record created by Chelsea’s Gianfranco Zola in December 2002, who made assists in 5 Consecutive Premier League appearances.

Eden Hazard has provided an assist in each of his last four league matches. He made assists in the game against Fulham, Wolves and Manchester City, scoring a goal and having an assist in the last round facing Brighton.

In an interview with Sky Sports, he thinks he doesn’t care about his statistics in games and helping Chelsea win the game makes him happy. As for his recent performance on the football pitch, he thinks he is not good enough in the last two months because the team is not performing well and he is playing for the team instead of for himself.
