There could well be an almighty transfer tussle for Jadon Sancho when the window re-opens its doors in a couple of weeks time as the young England star continues to sparkle in Germany for club side Borussia Dortmund.

The 18-year-old has conjured up some sumptuous moments of magic for Die Borussen so far this season, and the latest addition to his rapidly expanding showreel has left fans drooling.

The pulsating pocket of play came during Dortmund’s clash against Fortuna Dusseldorf on Tuesday night, a game which Sancho’s side surprisingly found themselves 2-0 down with only10mins left on the clock.

The visitors were in desperate need of a moment of inspiration, and it came in the form of substitute Sancho, who picked the pall up in the opponents half before flummoxing a pair of bewildered Fortuna players through a combination of nifty twists and head-spinning turns. He then coolly laid the ball on to Lucasz Piszczek who set-up Paco Alcacer’s twelfth goal of the season.

Unfortunately for Sancho and his teammates they were unable to find another goal, meaning they slipped to their first league defeat of the campaign, although Lucien Favre’s men are still six points clear at the summit after 16 matches, ahead of 2nd-placed Borussia Monchengladbach.

Providing he’s not lured over to England in January, Sancho has the chance to sparkle on these shores the following month when Dortmund tackle Tottenham in a mouthwatering last-16 Champions League tie.
