This comes day after the audience at the popular Churchill show on Jamhuri day donated over 1 million Kenya Shillings to the girls dance group that hails from Mathare slums in Nairobi.

The girls, who are part of a dance and mentorship initiative by an FBI dance crew member Moesha Kay, had in a video narrated how they are unable to go to school, attend dance practice and afford sanitary towels.

Betty Kyallo said that her pledge was triggered by the fact that she was touched by the girls and she hoped that her contribution together with that of others will be of great impact.
