One of Kenya’s Pioneer Dj; Pinye is under online fire  from tweeps after his recent statement  in regard to music. This could be a new beef alert but rapper Khaligraph Jones has decided to keep calm.

Khaligraph Jones  has responded to  Dj Pinye’s remarks on saying that his music used to be mediocre and that is the reason why he never used to play it.

Dj Pinye was speaking during an interview on one of the local radio stations when he said that Dj’s should not play mediocre music and that is why there are some songs that he cannot play.

The renown DJ cited examples saying that he cannot play Ethics group songs; Lamba Lolo and  New position and that is his stand.

He also revealed that he never used to play songs of artists like Khaligraph Jones and DNA. He however hinted  that as at now, he would consider their songs since they are now grown.

Khaligraph jones reacted to the remarks by Dj Pinye saying that he is so lucky  that he has decided to be calm these days and more respectful.

He added that if not for his decision, a diss track could be on the way by now.

According to Dj pinye, I used to make mediocre Music so he couldn’t play my mediocre music on his TV show, ? buda Ukona Bahati siku izi nimekua mpole kiasi na nina ka Heshima flani otherwise disstrack ingekua ishatembea sai watu wana sing along mbaya sana , mazishi ni ile ile, #respecttheogs #Khalicartel2

I don’t doubt that  his fans can agree to the remarks by the DJ as his songs are ever in the category of hits.

Tweeps are on Dj Pinye’s case saying that his statement comes from a point of pride.

Some have even claimed that the Dj is so old school and has done more damage in the music industry than the good. Pinye was one of the pioneer Dj’s back then and some Kenyans even feel like when things got easier in the music industry, his ‘retirement’ came early.
