Nominations for the 61st Grammy Awards were announced today with artists like Kendrick Lamar, Drake and Lady Gaga dominating with the most number of nominations.

A Grammy is an award presented by The Recording Academy to recognize achievements in the music industry. The annual presentation ceremony features performances by prominent artists, and the presentation of those awards that have a more popular interest.

The Grammys 2019 awards ceremony will take place in Beverly Hills on 10 February at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. A host is yet to be announced but there are speculations that James Corden will return to the stage especially because he hosted in 2017 and 2018.
