Real Madrid will reportedly only consider a move for Alexis Sanchez “if they get desperate”.
Sanchez is set to miss the next six weeks of football with a hamstring injury.
But his return will coincide with the start of the January transfer window and there is speculation Sanchez could move on if a good enough offer is made.
In a report by the Independent, it’s claimed Sanchez’s representatives would not accept “that much of a drop-off” in terms of his wages.
Sanchez is understood to be earning in excess of £500,000-a-week and the Independent say there aren’t many clubs who could afford the attacker.
But Inter Milan have reportedly been “broached” while Real Madrid may make a move “if they get desperate” in January.
