The succession politics continue gaining different twists each and everyday. The calls for unity for the luhya nation being shattered even further.
No one wants to backs each other. ANC leader Musalia Mudavadi has been conducting several silent campaigns in attempts to strengthen his ambition to be the next President of the Republic of Kenya.This include destabilizing DP Ruto back yard. Their is a likeability of him teaming up with Gideon Moi to strengthen his bid to be in the state house come 2022.
The other leader from the Luhya Nation, Moses Wetangula is still confused on his agenda. His ambition remains unclear as he continue to push for the state house.
Wetang’ula has asked ODM leader Raila Odinga support his 2022 presidential bid.
Speaking on Friday in Funyula, Busia county, Wetang’ula said he has supported the ODM leader for the presidency thrice and won but he was rigged out.
“As Ford Kenya party leader, I have supported former PM Raila for the presidency thrice. I now want to appeal to him to reciprocate and support me in my bid for the presidency in 2022,” said Wetangula.
He said he will be a no-nonsense president and ensure corrupt leaders are jailed.
This comes after Raila political future remains unclear about the 2022 politics. Some have said that he will not have a say.
But just as the handshake everything is possible is possible in Kenya’s political arena.
