Kenyan artist accused of introducing Rose Muhando to drugs

Tanzania Gospel star Rose Muhando has been going through alot lately,  making headlines ever since a video went viral of her getting exorcised at Pastor Nganga’s church.

Pastor Ng’ang’a later refuted claims that Rose Muhando went through a exorcism in his church but rather a spiritual healing process.

According to his statement while asked, “If anything, I wasn’t casting demons out of the musician,” Pastor Ng’ang’a.

After the cast demon story, the story doing rounds is that Kasolo is the one who hooked her up to some influential personalities. It even said that he is the one who took her to Pastor Ng’ang’a’s church

But Kasolo has come out to deny the claims and speaking to The Nairobian, he made it clear that he did not introduce her to drugs or even having an intimate relationship with her. “I’ve never introduced Muhando to drugs or had any intimate relationship with her. If anyone has evidence of that, they should come out and prove it. Some people claim that I’ve been hiding her. That’s not true. As a matter of fact, Rose’s relatives came for her to help her get further treatment and she left the country,”

Rose did a song Stephen Kasolo, called ‘Hautasumbuka Tena’

Rose Muhando is an African Award winning Gospel Artist and is best known across Africa as The Queen Mother Of Gospel Music In Africa.

She started her music career as a choir teacher in Dodoma’s Saint Mary’s Choir for the Chimuli Anglican Church.

On 31 January 2005, Rose Muhando was awarded the best composer, best singer, and for the best album of the year during the Tanzania Gospel Music Award Concert, 2004.

In December 2005 she participated in a Gospel concert to help raise funds for a Dar es Salaam children orphanage.

On Feb 2011 Rose Muhando signed multi album recording deal with Sony Music. The signing was announced at a press conference in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, on 9 February and is the first deal of its kind for East Africa.
