Joshua Kutuny is Boiling With Anger and Now Ready to Bury Ruto

Does Cherangany MP Joshua Kutuny have a personal vendetta with deputy President William Ruto? Kutuny continues to jeopardize William Ruto’s chances of  ascending to the Country’s top most seat with scathing attacks one after the other.

Days after insisting that William Ruto is the main mastermind behind the woes currently faced by maize farmers in the country, the vocal Cherangany MP has now come out to question William Ruto’s development record and especially in his own backyard of the Rift Valley Province.

Deputy President William Ruto has been touring various places in the country launching development projects and presiding over fund raisers that have yielded Millions of Shillings everywhere he goes.

Why then is there an outcry from Rift Valley leaders? Has the deputy President really abandoned the area?

Well according to Kutuny, he has. Kutuny claims that Ruto has neglected the very county he comes from by not pushing the agenda of development and projects.

“We will hardly ask you hard questions because before you ask for 2022 you must first tell us what have you done for the last 5 years? What is there for us to take home? lamented Kutuny.

What is the celebration? In fact the worst county in the country in terms of development is the county where the Deputy President is coming from. There is no single complete project… be it bypasses.. in the entire country Eldoret comes second after Nairobi in terms of traffic it has slowed down business we are telling the DP to shelter his ambition” He added.

Kutuny’s remarks are surely going William Ruto’s supporters even more. Some of the DPs supporters led by MP Oscar Sudi have said that Kutuny is working for another prominent politician to scuffle Ruto’s Presidential bid.

Just Yesterday, Kutuny was accused of being the mastermind behind the alleged revival of Ruto’s ICC cases.

Former ICC witness William Rono come out Yesterday to clear the air on the Dp’s potential return to the Hague. Mr. Rono claims there is an elaborate plan by ‘powerful individuals’ to revive the case against the Deputy President in a bid to stop him from vying for the presidency in 2022.

The witness, who recanted his evidence against Ruto and joined the DP’s defence team named Cheranganyi MP Joshua Kutuny as one of those working with State House operatives and ICC prosecutor Fatou Bensouda to revive the case against Ruto before 2022.

However, Kutuny dismissed the allegation and said it was a “desperate fight back by cartels involved in the maize and fertilizer scandals”.

“Let them pay farmers and deal with the issues we raised. Such claims on ICC issues are just but tears from the cartels who are feeling the heat for frustrating farmers and stealing from the NCPB,” he said.

The MP described the allegations as “nonsense” and said he would not be cowed from speaking on the rights of farmers.

Do you think Kutuny is legit in his attacks against the Deputy President?
