The age of fake news is real and Kenyans seemed to have believed in this narrative and played along with it while making fun and and all sorts of jokes about it.

Willy Paul took to social media after people had started calling him to find out whether the news was true and if he was okay.

The Gospel Singer in a video shamed the people behind spreading the news saying that people are now taking advantage of him and it is getting too much.

Willy Paul says that this hate is too much and he does not think it should get to this point.

The Singer also sent out a warning to those spreading such rumors saying that they will see fire.

“Naskia wanasema niko hospitali ati nimetumia dawa za sex.. honestly hata kama kuna hate sidhani ka inafaa kufika hio point.

God akisema yes No yako haina power. So who is this that has put me in hospital? I hear I was on top of someone… shame on you!!

Tafuta njia nyengeni coz pozze is here to stay na nisikupate coz itakua fire. I think this is too much now.. you will see fire”  Willy Paul speaks in the video
