Arsenal youngster reveals secret behind his first success

Despite joining from French Ligue 2, Arsenal midfielder Matteo Guendouzi has had a fine start to English football and has credited Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Laurent Koscielny and Alexandre Lacazette to his quick adaptation.

Guendouzi joined Arsenal in the summer from Lorient and has enjoyed a superb start to the season in north London. The French midfielder has featured heavily for Arsenal and has been part of their good run of form that has seen them go 10 games unbeaten in the league.

Arsenal currently sits fifth on the English Premier League table three points off their arch-rivals Tottenham Hotspur.

The French midfielder acknowledged three players who have been responsible for his fine start, “They gave me advice as soon as I got to Arsenal, in particular [Pierre-Emerick] Aubameyang, [Laurent] Koscielny and [Alexandre] Lacazette. It’s going really well thanks to all of them”
