Just when we thought Willy Paul is done with controversy he is not.
Kenyan “Gospel” singer Willy Paul Msafi has come out to clear the air on dating his co-singer from Tanzania Nandy.
While speaking in an interview over the weekend onCitizen TV’s show 10 over 10 show, the singer said they were like a brother and a sister with Nandy.
According to Willy Paul, “Kuna a group people that walikuwa wananizuia kuingia Tanzania but then God akaleta Nandy through na tukafanya song sahii inaelekea 10 million views so tunashukuru mungu sana kwa njiwa. Other than that hakuna kitu inaendelea kati yangu na yeye. Mimi na yeye ni kama ndugu na dada,”
The two collaborated in the song ‘Njiwa’ which was received good reception both in the Kenyan and the Tanzanian markets.
However the two have been showering one another with messages of love in their social media pages, raising speculations on whether the two were dating or not.
In the interview, Pozzee was also asked to clarify what really happened in viral video of him harassing a woman and he said that he did not beat any woman, but he only smashed the lady’s phone on the ground.
The video recorded by neighbors who watched from their balconies showed a restless Willy Paul fighting off the security people who had kept him off the woman, before grabbing the furious woman who was screaming and calling out his name.
Willy Paul then snatched the lady’s phone and smashed it on the parking lot’s pavement.
