Paris Saint Germain superstar Neymar has tipped his former boss Unai Emery to bring success at Arsenal.
The two worked together at PSG and Neymar is positive his former coach will bring success to the north London side. Emery joined Arsenal in the summer has had a decent start to the Premier League and has led his side to 16 unbeaten matches in all competition since losing the two league opener matches against Manchester City and Chelsea.
“Now it’s easy to say because Arsenal are playing really great football. They are coming from a great run in recent matches and everybody knows he’s a really great coach,” said Neymar.
“We know about their quality and I was really happy to work with him because he’s a really hard working guy. He really wanted to coach us and really wanted to study about football. I think he will bring good things for Arsenal, which is a really huge and important club here in England. I wish him luck,” he added.
The Gunners are fifth in the league standings with 24 points, sitting eight points behind league leaders Manchester City.
