Shocking unfortunate incidences happening during 2018 KCSE Exams

Since the kick off of the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE), a lot of too unfortunate cases have been reported. Other than pregnancies, have you noticed any? well,

The incidences made many candidates miss a chance to sit for the final national examinations for various reasons.

A KCSE candidate from Marungu Secondary school in Taita Taveta wasunable to start her exams after she mysteriously became blind on the morning she was to sit for her first paper.

Confirming the incident, County Director of Education Philip Wambua said that the student did not sit for her first paper on Monday as her eyesight failed completely.

Wambua said they had taken the student for medical tests at a nearby medical facility.

At the hospital, doctors were unable to detect or solve the problem in time for her to sit the critical examination.

In other instances, students have passed on before completing their papers, while many others have sat for exams from the maternity after giving birth during the KCPE and KCSE exams.

Yet again, a KCSE Candidate from Alliance girls high school, Nikita Sally Koyier has moved the hearts of many after it was announced that she was admitted in the Hospital (ICU) since last month; October 16 to date leading her to miss the 2018 KCSE examinations which kicked off on Monday.

Nikita Sally, a cheerful student was admitted after she reportedly had several headache complaints. The ailment came  as shock to her family and friends since  they only thought that she was suffering from migraine.

The headaches also got her through a phase of sleepless nights, something that might have seemed to be caused by anxiety ahead of the exams.

This was however not the case since her condition only got worse..Nikita was prepared for the exams and had been working hard for it yet this condition has denied her the chance to it for this year’s KCSE.

Nikita was picked up by her parent after the crazy headaches  and was admitted to the hospital, later transferred to MP Shah Hospital but since she was not responding to treatment, she was referred to Aga Khan Hospital.

Sources reveal that the doctors  are still trying their best to diagnose her situation and give her the treatment she needs.

It is on day three of KCSE and she is still in a coma in ICU. What’s really happening in this year’s exams?
