KCSE Candidate from Alliance girls high school, Nikita Sally Koyier has moved the hearts of many after it was announced that she was admitted in the Hospital (ICU) since last month; October 16 to date leading her to miss the 2018 KCSE examinations which kicked off on Monday.
Nikita Sally, a cheerful student was admitted after she reportedly had several headache complaints. The ailment came as shock to her family and friends since they only thought that she was suffering from migraine.
The headaches also got her through a phase of sleepless nights, something that might have seemed to be caused by anxiety ahead of the exams.
This was however not the case since her condition only got worse..Nikita was prepared for the exams and had been working hard for it yet this condition has denied her the chance to it for this year’s KCSE.
Nikita was picked up by her parent after the crazy headaches and was admitted to the hospital, later transferred to MP Shah Hospital but since she was not responding to treatment, she was referred to Aga Khan Hospital.
Kenyans have taken to social media using the #IStandwithNikita to support her in prayer as well as the hospital bill.
Sources reveal that the doctors are still trying their best to diagnose her situation and give her the treatment she needs.
As at November 4 the medical bill stood at 6.7 M Kenyan Shillings. The doctors also predicted that she might have to stay in hospital for 3 more weeks and the bill as estimated might get to 10.9M.
Kenyans took to social media to appeal that anyone who is willing to help should come through for her.
