The information on the info-graphic correctly noted that a World Bank Report had seen Kenya’s ranking improve in the Ease of doing business index, from position 80 to 61.

Another part of the graphic claimed that Kenya’s economy, Kenya’s economy will lead Africa in the next twenty years.

However, keen eyed observers noted that the figures presented there were not from the World Bank but from an opinion poll conducted by CNN through the popular program, Quest Means Business.

Pulselive.co.ke independently established that the information on Kenya’s leading Africa’s economy was not from the World Bank.

Interestingly, the World Bank Kenyan office retweeted the misleading post.
