It is a debate between their performance  and relevance towards propelling Kenya forward and Kenyans think that they have failed. A hindrance of progress to put it in simple words and a major contribution to devolution failure. Members of county Assemblies are on the spot over the scandals that happen at the grass-root level.

Do they ever hold decent meetings? Just a recent incident which happened a month ago, is the drama by Nairobi MCAs who wanted to impeach the Speaker of county assembly Beatrice Elachi and handle the matter in a shameful attack.

These MCA’s have a diverse role that would gear Kenya to a better position but Kenyans have raised complaints that this is not what most of them are doing.

This role of the Members of the County Assembly (MCAs) is very crucial. The MCAs cannot present people’s views, opinions, and proposals if they do not attend county assembly sessions.

The most important business of the Assembly takes place in the committees where the MCAs make most of the deliberations.

Most of them might not know how major this role is or for selfish reasons some have been caught in situations where defending their people is not prioritized.

The Ward representatives have been Kenyans major talk today as they expose their unpleasant conduct  and how they have been sleeping on their jobs.

Have a look at these reactions and the perception that Kenyans have on them is awful…
