In one word how can you describe a Kenyan Politician right now?
What else if not “Krimino!”
What comes to your mind the moment someone mentions the variuos political assemblies in your mind? Most people will start by saying it is a house of drama. Maybe they’re are busy producing a parliamentary reality show and we don’t know.
The Kenyan political assembles have had a rough time especially when they want to pass a bill or impeach a certain political head.
Starting from the parliament , senate then the county assembly where we have total mess. Sometimes people wander if we sent fighters to represent us in those national assemblies. Maybe they are literary fighting for mwananchi.
Most debates have turned out to be chaotic in most of those assemblies. The politicians even to an extent they engage in first fists just to resolve their different political opinions.
It is a house of shame. The pride we had vested on them of healthy debates and factual arguments are being replaced by fist arguments, whoever wins is crowned.

The trend is common in the house of county assemblies where war is the order of the day. The MCAs are no longer debating rather fighting to settle any political matter that is divergent across the house.

This is different among our neighbours Tanzania who are engaging in healthy discussions which are aimed at fighting for the rights of the normal Tanzanians. Decency in discussions. Shouts and whispers are not common.
This used to be our style , what happened to our politicians? which style of debating are they trying to emulate? or is it watching to much violent TV which has turned them to become wild?
DO YOU THINK THE POLITICIANS IN KENYA SHOULD START SHOWING SOME RESPECT TO OUR NATIONAL ASSEMBLIES?
