The father to Wiper Party leader and a NASA co-principal Kalonzo Musyoka, Peter Musyoka Mairu has died at the age of 94.
Mr. Mairu died on Saturday night at Nairobi Hospital where he was undergoing treatment.
Various leaders including Opposition chief Raila Odinga have expressed their condolences to Mr. Musyoka’s family.

Kalonzo’s co-principal in NASA and Amani National Congress Party leader Musalia Mudavadi condoled with Kalonzo for losing his father.
“My brother & colleague Hon Kalonzo Musyoka, my sincere condolences upon the passing on of your dear father Mzee Peter Musyoka Mairu. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your entire family as you walk this difficult path,” tweeted Mudavadi.
President Kenyatta is also among the leaders who have shared the condolence message with Kalonzo Musyoka.
