Arsenal midfielder Mesut Ozil has sent a message to his boss Unai Emery regarding to his best role in the team.
Ozil says his best role in the club remains No.10 for the Gunners. During Arsenal’s win over Leicester City, Ozil produced a stunning performance, helping his side to register a 3-1 win on Monday night.
The retired Germany international was rested on Thursday night in Arsenal’s 1-0 win over Sporting and is expected to be back to the starting XI when his side takes on Crystal Palace on Sunday.
“I think my best position is as a No 10 but at the end of the day, I have to accept and respect what the coach decides,” said Ozil.
“I have to give everything I can on the right side but for me, it is not my best position. It is new for me but it is fun as well. especially with the goals and I will continue to give my best on that side,” he added.
