Rarieda member of parliament Hon. Otiende Amollo is a man on a mission to ensure that no grass thatched house is seen within the confines of his constituency.
Otiende Amollo has been spending 65% of his monthly parliamentary earnings to build at least 5 new houses for his constituents each and every month.
This is because Constituency develop fund, CDF cannot be used on such projects. The legislator has called upon well wishers to help him finish this noble course.
He revealed that he still has 260 more houses to build for his constituents.

The legislator also gives Solar Units to all the Widows he has previously constructed houses for.
