Former Thika United Defender Dennis Lewa was among the over 50 people that perished at the tragic fort tenan accident, Football Kenya Federation has confirmed.
Football Kenya Federation has sent heartfelt condolences to Lewa’s family.

Kenya Premier League on Thursday said it was deeply saddened by the news.
“It is with deep sadness that we learn of the demise of Thika United player Dennis Lewa who passed on in the tragic accident at Fort Ternan on Wednesday,” KPL tweeted.
“Our thoughts are with his family, friends, and Thika United during this time.”

Lewa was heading to Kakamega to seal a move to KPL side Kakamega Homeboyz.
