Suspicion arose as some Kenyans began asking whether Raila Odinga is linked to Obado’s detention. This question has resulted to a heated debate as Kenyans seek to understand what could be happening and why there seems to be a habit of politicizing everything. While some people seem to believe in this narrative, others jumped to Odinga’s defense saying that Obado should carry his won cross and Kenyans and leaders should stop dragging Raila into all misfortunes that emerge. On a tweet, an opinion was given that Obado’s biggest mistake was challenging Raila. An opinion that did not settle well with Kenyans as they reacted to it.
You would think that Kenya Police and other enforcement agencies are this efficient.

Kenyans on Twitter had earlier expressed their dissatisfaction of Raila Odinga’s move to camp in Migori campaigning for his senatorial candidate Ochilo Ayacko. Odinga on Thursday and Friday has been scheduled to move around the county to convince the masses to vote for Ayacko in the 0ctober 8 Migori Senatorial by-elections. They claim Odinga’s move to campaign against the young Federal Party’s candidate Eddy Oketch was wrong, citing that it is a work he could have assigned his juniors.
ODM leader Raila Odinga today stated he will not support Obado in the murder case against Rongo University student Sharon Otieno. Odinga who was speaking in Migori during senatorial by-election campaigns now wants justice should take its course.
“So far all indicators are pointing at Obado, let him prove his innocence in court,” Raila stated. Below are reactions by Kenyans.
