Kenyans on twitter have blasted ODM Party for accusing Deputy President William Ruto of putting the country into campaign moods all the time.
According to ODM, when someone puts the country in campaign mood all the time and dupe Kenyans with non existent projects, then he/she becomes the biggest CONMAN.

This was in response of Ruto’s claims at the coast that Odinga was using the spirit of the handshake to cause confusion in Jubilee Party.
Ruto cited that Odinga was using the handshake as a licence to conmanship and propaganda at Jubilee party.
ODM’s response to Ruto’s claims has attracted hilarious reactions from Kenyans on Twitter who now support Ruto claiming that Raila is the conman as Ruto claimed.
They say during the past 2017 general polls campaigns Raila came up with a pay bill that saw him siphon a lot of money from poor Kenyans who were his supporters by then.
