Kenyans have been shocked by photos that emerged of Daniel Awet Akot who is the deputy Speaker of the National Legislative Assembly of South Sudan. It is alleged that he was in a relationship with the slain Monica Kimani.
According to Kahawa Tungu, The deceased’s latest ‘business partner’ was the current Deputy Speaker (Daniel Awet Akot) who funded her expensive lifestyle and helped her secure a lot of cash and travel with the same to Nairobi.

Investigators have mentioned that the case will extend its investigations to South Sudan where Monica was aid to have a business
