Judge Jessie Lessit has today been showered with praise after the ruling that denied Migori County Governor bail. Kenyans have shown great confidence in her and some suggested that she should be allowed to handle the corruption cases in our country. Kenyan believe that she would deal with corrupt culprits and discipline them.

The mood is that Kenya’s judiciary would be the best in Africa if there would be more of her character. She has been described as a no nonsense Judge and many believe in her professionalism.

In relation to tax measures, Kenyans feel that Lessit would have saved the nation from paying the high taxes if she had handled the ICC cases.
