Kimilili Member of parliament Didmus Barasa as urged the government not to apply Law selectively on law breakers.
The legislator who was speaking during a morning TV interview on Citizen Tv on Thursday notes that we as Kenyans must begin to be true to the constitution and we must interpret the law equally among all Kenyans.
Didmus says that Mr. Ben Chumo was denied the chance to head the SRC because he was arraigned in court and that has to apply to Obado who has also been arraigned in court severally over sharon’s murder case.

Obado who has been in Police custody for six days now facing murder charges will again be arraigned in court today Thursday to know the fate of his bail application which Justice Jessie Lessit failed to give ruling on Tuesday.
Speculations have been made as to why Obado is still holding the office amid Murder Charges facing him.
Early this week Migori County Members of County Assembly threatened to impeach Obado over the case following him.
