Kenyans have weighed in on chaotic scenes witnessed in parliament during voting for the Finance Bill, 2018.
During the voting session, President Uhuru’s tax proposals passed as opposers fail to raise quorum.
233 of the 349 MPs were required to veto President Uhuru’s memorandum. There were only 215 MPs present in Parliament.
